There are three easy steps.     Complete this order form to set up your account with Insight.     Agree to the terms of the license that you have selected.     Complete your order. If you are ordering a PDF report and paying by credit card, your order will fulfill immediately. If you are paying for any report via check or wire transfer, an Insight representative will call to verify your order.  We respond to all hard copy credit card orders the same business day if received prior to 4:30pm (US Eastern). Report Pricing:
The price of your hard copy or PDF report is listed individually on each report page.  Multiple report purchases are eligible for discounts.  Please select your report(s) and an Insight representative will call to verify your order and calculate your exact cost.  NJ customers will be charged 6% sales tax.

Payment Requirements:
Insight accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for report purchases.  You may also perform a wire transfer, but please note that some wire transfers can take 2-3 days for our bank to verify, longer if you're an international customer.

International Clients:
Checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Should you wish to make a purchase via wire transfer, please check the appropriate box in the order form and an Insight representative will provide you with transmittal information.

Delivery/Shipping:
Two- to three-day shipping within the US is included with your purchase (US Priority Mail).  Domestic overnight delivery is an additional $45; International express delivery is an additional $75.  Alternatively, you can provide us with your FedEx, Airborne Express, or UPS account number and we will bill shipping directly to you.   Please be aware that our reports can weigh between 2 and 5 pounds each.

An invoice will be sent to you via postal mail.  If necessary, we will bill a separate invoice address, just include it in the invoice address field above.  Be sure to include a telephone number and a contact name or department for the invoice location.
