What are your PDF report options and what do they mean?

Insight Research offers three types of PDF report licenses: 

• Single-user Full Functionality
• 6-seat PDF, and
• Unlimited Corporate-Wide Distribution PDF.

The Single-User Full Functionality PDF allows you to print, copy and paste, and annotate the PDF report document on a single computer.  However, you cannot alter the contents of the PDF report document.  This version is slightly more expensive than a hard copy report, but you are allowed to print out portions of the document on an unlimited basis.  This option is best for a professional who wants to print portions of Insight's information to carry with them or to share with a small team.  Telecommuters and those who travel often will also want to consider this option.

The 6-seat PDF report document has the same permissions as the single-user printable version––print, copy and paste, and annotate. However, this version allows 6 copies to be stored on 6 different computers at the same company.  In other words, each computer is a seat.  Each seat after the initial 6 will be charged $100 for an additional seat license, and the initial purchaser of the 6-seat license can control whom within the company has permission to obtain a seat.  This option is best for companies who want to share the information with several professionals in different departments.

The Unlimited Corporate-Wide Distribution PDF report document also allows full permissions: the ability to print, copy and paste, and annotate Insight's report. You can post the report on your corporate intranet or other information-sharing network for any employee to access, print, and share with colleagues.  This option is best for corporations who want simple, unfettered access so that every employee can benefit from Insight's research and analysis.  This is the only option that allows you to store a report on a corporate network.

Each option requires that you sign our end-user agreement.  Once you complete our order form, an Insight Research representative will call to verify your order and provide you with the end-user agreement for signature.

Can I return a PDF report?

All PDF sales are final.

Since the value of each market research report lies in the data and information it reveals, we cannot accept returns. All PDF sales are final.
